Shipping Information
PAYMENT METHOD

We require 50% Down Payment of the Total Invoice as a deposit at the time the order is placed, and the remaining 50% after shipment upon receiving a scanned or faxed copy of the Bill of Lading.

With an order value less than 500USD, Full payment is requested before production

We accept payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)or PAYPAL.

We are not responsible for any charges in the transfer process
MINIMUM ORDER

We accept wholesale orders with a Total minimum order of twelve (12) pieces and above
SAMPLE ORDER

To ensure the quality of our products, sample orders are always welcome

For Sample orders, we normally send by UPS or By Air

If you have any courier account for collecting payment (DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx, etc), please provide us.
PRODUCTION TIME

Production time will depend on the quantity of your order and its complexity. Normally, your production times are as follows:

When a Down Payment is made, there is no refund or cancellation in this order
TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE POLICY

During a long period of transportation, there might be some damage to the products

Please send us the photos of the damage to the products within 3 days of arrival, and we will replace them accordingly

Inform us of any other problems you might have during the delivery of our products, and we will keep them for future records.

5 to 50 pieces (Trial Order) BY AIR
Up to 100 pieces BY AIR
