1.1. Cobi Shows Kase specializes in handmade African art and crafts, including but not limited to sculptures, textiles, jewelry, paintings, and home decor. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, color, and design may occur, which add to their uniqueness and cultural value.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1. Orders can be placed through our official channels, including email, phone, or approved online platforms.
2.2. Full payment is required before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. We accept payments via PayPal, wire transfer, Debit & Credit Cards, and Mobile Money transfer (MoMo).
2.4. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD)
3. Pricing
3.1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2. Prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or other applicable charges unless explicitly stated.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We offer both local and international shipping.
4.2. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and order volume. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates will be communicated upon order confirmation.
4.3. Cobi Shows Kase is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, natural events, or third-party couriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final.
5.2. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged in transit or if the wrong item is delivered.
5.3. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide photos and order details when submitting a claim.
5.4. Refunds or replacements will be handled at our discretion.

6.1. All content, including product designs, images, and written descriptions, is the intellectual property of Cobi Shows Kase and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
